Last Day of Summer Camp 2016

Today, 29th July was the last day of Summer Camp 2016 and the day of the Grand Theatre Production!

The kids were very excited, that today was the day they could perform in front of their parents, but they were also a bit nervous :)

Before the parents arrived there was just one more time to rehearse! Everyone did a great job! And of course we took a group photo, to remember this great day :)

Then it was time for the Grand Theatre Performance of Saint George and the Dragon!

20th Day of Summer Camp 2016

Today, 28th July we rehearsed for the theatre production and then we did an obstacle course game in the park. The kids had to limbo under the rope, then they had to jump through the hula hoops and finally they had to throw the balls into the pans to score a point.

19th Day of Summer Camp 2016

Today, 27th July, we played a team game in the park where each team had to try and score a goal through one of three hula hoops.

Then we went back to the school and made origami frogs, whales and puzzles.

17th & 18th Day of Summer Camp 2016

Monday 25th July & today 26th July, we played various different games in the park and then we went back to the school and finished making our costumes. We also started to make mini dragons, which we'll finish tomorrow.

16th Day of Summer Camp 2016

Today, 22nd July we went to the Port Beach! The big ones did Windsurf and the little ones went to the swing park at the beach, because it was too cold to swim :(

15th Day of Summer Camp 2016

Today, 21st July, we played the indian football game in the park and what's the time Mr Wolf?.

Then we went back to the school and made torches and a fruit and veg stall set to decorate one of the scenes.

14th Day of Summer Camp 2016

Today 20th July, we played the "Spud" Game in the park. Each player was assigned a number and the player whose number was called out had to catch the ball. They then shouted "Spud" and all of the other players had to freeze. The player with the ball then had to try and touch one of the other players with the ball.

Then we went back to the school and made more props for the theatre.

13th Day of Summer Camp 2016

Today 19th July, we played water games in the park! A couple of the games involved various challenges, like balancing cups of water on your head or passing water balloons without them exploding.

Then we went back to the school and made windows to decorate the scenery.

12th Day of Summer Camp 2016

Today, 18th July we played various games in the park after breakfast. The bomb, the rapid fire game and the spider game.

Then we went back to the school to make things to decorate the different scenes.
