It was beach Friday today. After some vocabulary we headed to Jordi beach. While there we had a visit from our friend Mr. Rostoy Dry! He helped the kids scare a shark away from the area ;). After the shark was gone we finished collecting items for the collage we are making. This week we needed a lot of sea shells and fossils.
Right by Jordi beach is a very historic part of the city - an old bunker that was used during the war. The kids got to go inside where they could look at the ocean through the man made windows with bars over the front. It was really interesting to see the inside of the bunker. There were tunnels leading all different directions and even different levels were made inside. Once we went to the bunker we went to Port beach and swam around and played in the water.
Monday we will start studying a new English speaking country. Which one do you think it will be?
